4. Payments
The prices for the services offered by the company are determined according to our own pricing schedule, which is published on our website or otherwise made available to users. The costs of using the services are clearly stated prior to their use, and the user agrees to pay all associated costs with the selected service. The prices are not based on telecommunications operators’ rates, but rather on the pricing determined by the company.

5. Limitation of Liability
The Company assumes no responsibility for any technical issues, service unavailability, network disruptions, delays, or data loss caused by circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

6. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect upon being posted on the website. We recommend regularly reviewing these terms.

7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of these services will be resolved amicably whenever possible. If not, the courts of Koper, Slovenia, shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Slovenia.

After this period, the data will be automatically and irreversibly deleted without the possibility of recovery.
